Stepping Sideways
“Mechanical Magic was a fun steampunk story about a merrow experiencing life on land. Stuck working on a steam train and having to hide her identity, being human wasn’t as exciting or as adventurous as Nix thought it was going to be. I thoroughly enjoyed Mechanical Magic and would happily read more short stories with these characters. A five-star read, I highly recommend it.”

A Glimmer of Uncommon Fairy Tales
"As the story To Free A Mermaid continued and the truth and deeper meaning was woven in, I was really taken with it.
So much truth and beauty in a fairy tale.
When we tell the vulnerable and true bits of our lives, it adds this depth to the magic of stories."
